In my mid 20’s, I was prescribed 2 pills and a daily injection to “manage” the migraines I was battling. Low and behold, a little motherly advice & food journaling revealed the culprit was my love for cheese. Who knew?!? Later in my 30’s, I started to crave sweets and jumped 4 dress sizes in less than a year. Yup, my new found love for Mexican Coke put more junk in my truck than I could fit in my jeans. Could food really have that much of an effect on the way I felt? Looked? You bet! The minute I eliminated some of the foods I was eating the migraines went away and I slowly dropped down to my normal size.
I can’t help but to share what I’ve learned, through my own life experiences and nutrition training, with you. And don’t worry, crazy restrictive diets are a big no-no around here. You’ll see! Our classes will show you how to shed unwanted pounds, improve your health and prevent some of the common diseases that are kicking our butts. Oh, and all while enjoying an occasional piece of cake.
