Bloat Buster– Lemon, Cucumber (aids in weight loss and flushes out toxins) , Celery (reduces bloating) and Mint
Very Berry Berry – Blueberry (lowers cholesterol & blood pressure and fights acne), Strawberry ( guard against cancer and a good source of manganese and potassium), Raspberries (mood & memory boosting and anti-inflammatory) and a squeeze of Lime (improves digestion) Frozen organic berries are great and inexpensive for this one.
